Prior to Co-Founding Ivy Street, Kate was a Partner at JCA Group, the pre-eminent boutique executive search firm established by Jan Hall. Here she led both Executive and Non-Executive international search work for a wide range of clients including those in the Media, Digital, Technology and Consumer sectors across the FTSE 100 and FTSE 250, in addition to working with Private Equity businesses and challenger brands. With over 18 years of executive search experience, Kate has an established and wide-ranging network at Board and C-Suite level across a number of key functions and is proven in delivering successful search, succession planning and senior level mentoring projects.

As Co-Founder of Ivy Street, Crystal focuses on Board and Senior Executive appointments across the consumer, leisure and business services sectors. With over 16 years executive search experience working with large global public and private organisations, she has deep expertise in partnering and advising leadership teams on their critical C-Suite appointments and succession planning projects across all functions including Marketing, Corporate Affairs, HR and Finance. Previously, Crystal was a member of the senior leadership team at JCA Group, one of the most highly respected Board level executive search firms in Europe. Following its acquisition by Heidrick & Struggles in 2016, she joined the Global Consumer practice.

As an Associate of Ivy Street, Eliza supports the team in a research capacity, identifying and contacting candidates and undertaking the invaluable process of informal and confidential referencing and sourcing. With 18 years of head-hunting experience, she trained at Whitehead Mann in the Consumer Practice, was a Senior Consultant at Moloney Search, and more recently as a freelancer, Eliza has broadened her experience across industry sectors from Consumer, Retail and Technology to Public Sector and Professional Services. She has worked across all functions including marketing, HR, finance and strategy and at all levels, both Executive and Board. This breadth of background, and her MBA, allows her to adapt quickly to each different project she undertakes with Ivy Street, regardless of the role or sector.

Head of Business Operations
Amanda joined Ivy Street soon after its launch as Head of Business Operations. With over 16 years’ experience in executive search, she spent the last 11 years at JCA Group. Initially as Executive Assistant to the Founder, she then became Head of Events and Business Development. In this latter role she implemented a busy and varied programme of events, ranging from intimate private breakfasts and dinners to large client drinks receptions and charity dinners. She also managed the front of house and office management team, the administration of the HR function in the office and was instrumental in the cultural success of the business. At Ivy Street, Amanda provides full administrative support to the Founders on all Business Development and Client work as well as ensuring the smooth running of all office and research functions.
